Concrete Repair
1. Requested quote
2. Once I chose Johnson & Sons, I let them know via e-mail
3. The next e-mail I got from them was a date when to expect them to start.
4. Timing changes were communicated all along the way.
5. Work began. When they left at night, the space was neat and organized.
6. I was told what to expect and all went pretty much according to plan. Except of course when I asked for more. You know homeowners! Different ideas and questions come up during a job.
7. These guys were great and worked hard to make sure I got what I wanted.
8. Job was completed on time and I now have a beautiful driveway. :-)

Concrete Repair
Both Joe and Mike Johnson came out to our house to look at our proposed project. They offered ideas and suggestions. We discussed patterns for stampled concrete with them, and Joe left us their color chart. They sent a bid very promptly. Johnson and Sons own their own stamps. We had looked at a different brand and had selected one with a small pattern. I looked at the samples of Johnson's work using a similar pattern. We decided to stay with our pattern and color, so selected another contractor.
