Contacted the provider who was very friendly, had next day appointments available. Advised that I purchased a townhouse and would need home inspection. Advised me would take 3 hours for him to walk through house and that the last hour I would need to be there for as he would walk through everything with me. Provider was very flexiable with his hours and asked what times would work for me. I advised him 10am-1pm and he said that is fine. Day of inspection showed up hour early, provider walked us through everything he found and went through the report page by page. Provider gave us pointers on how to fix things that were broke/needed fixing. Provider knew I was a first time home buyer in which he took extra time to show me where everything was located in the house (electrical panel, plumbing shut off etc) in case I needed to access them. Provider was very professional and very nice throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend him to someone else and use him again in the future.
