I have been using Tim Darnell's services for over 6 years now. My neighbors also call on him for fall sprinkler blowout. His company and his work is excellent with all kinds of sprinkler care and it is a pleasure to work with him.

Tim winterized my system in the fall, but when I went to start up my irrigation system last weekend I experienced some problems. I called Tim about the issues I was having and he talked me through a couple possible issues. One of the zone's would not stop spraying water and although this had nothing to do with his job winterizing my system, he was still very willing to talk me through the possible causes. He even stopped by, fixed the problem I was having, noticed another issue I had with three of the heads in the front of my lawn, fixed them, and called me to assure me that I should be good to go. From a customer service standpoint, he gets an A+ and will be getting my business here forward. Tim is very friendly, very willing to help, and I'm very happy with his service- I'll be reccomending him to everyone.

It went great. My regular irrigation company had told me they could not squeeze me in this fall and that I would have to wait until spring. Tim, the owner of Down to Earth Technologies, squeezed me in on a Sunday afternoon and took care of everything. I will now be using him for all of my irrigation needs.

This was a good experience. So far everything is going pretty good. There was an issue with two sprinkler heads, but they came back and rectified it in good time.
