Responded quickly and showed up on time. The worker was friendly and performed the task efficiently and professionally. Simple job, done well at a fair price. Couldn't ask for more. I'll definitely call for a bid when it is time to replace our garage doors.

Very quick. The person explained what was wrong and proceeded to repair the problems.

He went to the wrong address at first. When he arrived at the correct address it was 15 minutes or so after the 5 pm appointment time. He was cordial but curt. The advertisement said they would do a comprehensive 21 point inspection which I was told would take 20 - 30 minutes. He was there for 10 minutes at best. He never got up on a ladder or did anything except take a quick look at the garage door, used some WD40 to lubricate the parts and tightend a few screws /bolts on either end of the garage door. He quickly did this and was obviously in a hurry to leave.

For the past year, our garage door openers often would not close the garage door in sunny weather. During the year, I contacted two different garage door companies. Neither successfully determined the source of or how to solve the problem. By August,  I was totally frustrated and decided to contact one more garage door company in a final attempt to end this problem. I called Advanced Garage Door and the owner, Justin, came the next day. In less than 30 minutes, he discovered defective garage door sensors were the source of the problem. He replaced the sensors and the door openers have worked perfectly since then. Justin impressed me as very professional, knowledgeable and committed to his profession. He was also quite personable and easy to work with. I wish I had originally called his company as it would have saved me a year of frustration and the costs of the other two companies coming to my house. Based on my experience with Advanced Garage Door, I would highly recommend this company for any garage door servicing or problems.

The co. responded quickly to my email  inquiry and set a date to come out.  We agreed beforehand that the service person, Justin, would look at the door, make a recommendation and give me a price.  I thought the problem was likely to be that the rollers needed replacing,  I also wanted the strips of vertical siding that were cracked to be replaced.
He suggested possible causes for the door problem and we agreed on a general "tune-up" and the replacing of the rollers.  He gave me a quote for the siding which he had to order.  He pointed out that the strip along the bottom of the door was wearing out and that two cables were rusted.  I could see that he was right and asked that he give me a quote for the whole job.  We agreed that he would do what he could today and install the rest in a week.  So, my immediate problem was dealt with.  He came back, finished the work and I paid him for both day's work.  The door is working very well.

This was an Angies List special. I have used them in the past so I was confident that the job would go well. They were on time, did the job quickly, exactly as I wanted it and they answered all my questions.

The tech arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. After examining the apparatus, he told us the gear was stripped and could be repaired, how much it would cost, how old the opener was and other information so we could make a good decision. We opted to replace the entire system. He also explained that the system could be transferred to the new garage we know us in our future. Great knowledgeable tech, great service, no pressure. Who could ask for more.

*I asked if the outdoor code box was included in price given for services. Explained what was in the service and said that it was not but gave me a price for it.
*Let me deside on the box and tune up without pressuring me.
*Took away the old unit and cleaned up when the installation was complete. I would have never known that someone was working in my garage.
*Reexplained and demonstrated all of the components of the door, remote, code box.
*Put up sticker with company's phone # and told me to feel free to call with any problems and they would come back and fix them.
*Polite. freindly, and professional. Work done in a timely fashion.
*Punctual, on time, called ahead to let me know he was on his way.
