+ -1 moreIt was a good experience. I took my machine in and they noticed right away what the problem was and then it needed a general tune up. They had it back to me within a week which is much faster than some of the other places I've used. I would definitely use them again.

+ -1 moreTHE REPAIR MAN WAS VERY PLEASANT AND DID A GOOD JOB. I WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK TO HIM AGAIN. HE ALSO HAD THE WORK DONE SOONER THAN I HAD EXPECTED, WHICH WAS GREAT.
Description of Work: MY SEWING MACHINE HAD NOT BEEN CHECKED OVER FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS AND WHEN I USED IT RECENTLY, IT DID NOT WORK WELL AT ALL. SO HE WENT OVER THE WHOLE MACHINE AND SERVICED THE TENSIONS, PIVOT POINTS, GEARS, AND CAMS. HE ALSO REPLACED THE NEEDLE.

+ -1 moreTHEY HAD IT RUNNING PERFECTLY, AND I WAS HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. I WILL BRING MY MACHINE THERE IN THE FUTURE WHEN IT NEEDS A REPAIR OR CLEANING. THEY PERFORMED THIS WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER.
Description of Work: MY JANOME HARMONY 4052 SEWING MACHINE WAS BROUGHT IN TO BE REPAIRED. THE TENSION WAS BAD. THEY CLEANED AND FIXED THE MACHINE.

+ -1 moreI TOOK THE MACHINE IN AT 11 O'CLOCK AND TWO HOURS LATER THEY CALLED AND SAID THE MACHINE WAS READY. THEY HAD ALSO CLEANED THE LOWER PART OF THE MACHINE. THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK.
Description of Work: I WAS WORKING ON A SEWING PROJECT THAT HAD A DEADLINE. WHEN THE SEWING MACHINE JAMMED AND I COULDN'T CORRECT IT, I CALLED A-1 SEWCRAFT IN CHAMPLIN AND ASKED IF THEY WERE GOOD AT UNJAMMING A MACHINE.
