If you need to speak ear-to-ear, be certain to call before 8am as they are out on the job shortly after that. They are often involved as subcontractors, so their independent appointments are often around the and quot;edgesand quot; of the scheduling day.
Tony arrived on time, was personable and efficient. For the estimate, we discussed our options on the water conditioner, and the materials needed. With the and quot;engineeredand quot; nature of the floors, the basement was also sealed off and we were advised not to compromise the panels. The solution was PEX piping clamped to the ceiling of the basement.
Tony was willing to have me watch as he worked, and made suggestions as he worked about some of the DIY-level projects. We had a challenge getting the old water conditioner out, but with some brainstorming, it was accomplished.
The quote and the final billing were spot-on.
We were very pleased with the work Tony did, and when we discovered a leak above the hot water heater about a month later, we called them back for the repair.
Would we use them again?

I will always go back to E and Z. They're not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. If you want the job done right call them.
