Dean showed up on time and gave the estimate in a understandable form and explained exactly what I was getting and even showed me an example of what my floors (white oak)would look like when finished.We agreed on a price that was about 15% lower than the previous quote. On the apt date he was once again on time with a very positive attitude and a nice clean van. I was comfortable with going to work and letting him have at the floors, when all the work was complete I came home to beautiful floors and no mess from Dean, perfect! I only wish I had more wood flooring at this point. Would absolutely recommend Dean to all friends and family!

I am beyond impressed. Dean was able to work with my schedule, and the work was spectacular!! I thought the floors were hopeless, but Dean made them beautiful. I bid a number of companies, and Dean came in the lowest. I don't always choose the lowest, but he had done two other homes in my neighborhood, so I saw his work. He did the entire project in two days. And few people have been more pleasant to work with. He replied quickly to my inquiries. Last week, when another contractor I had hired to install the quarter round cancelled, I texted Dean to see if he did that work. He did, and he actually worked out his schedule on my behalf since my house is going on the market soon. The quarter round looks amazing. The mitered corners could not have been done more accurately. If I ever need similar work done again, he is the first person I will call.

Dean worked in combination with a separate installer on the job. He provided an initial drive by to inform us that we had red oak in our bedrooms of a specific grade and new exactly what the installers needed to order to provide a perfect match for our hallway, kitchen and living room. After installation Dean provided all the sealing work and made it match perfectly with the other wood floors which were 50 years old. The floor looks great and we are very pleased with the job.
