I was happy with the work they did. They were really good. All of my experiences were perfect. I wouldn't be able to find them without Angie's List. I would give them all A's.

I called to report leaking plumbing under the kitchen sink which was originally installed by this plumbing company 3 years ago. I asked for an appointment and was told a plumber would be out that same day. I was not told what their charges were, nor did I expect a bill because, as previously stated, this company installed all the sink plumbing. The plumber did come promptly, diagnosed and repaired the problem very quickly, probably within 15 minutes. I asked how much I would be charged and was told I would be invoiced if there would be any charge at all. A week later, I received the bill. I called the company to get a break-down of the charges and was told $165 was the and quot;trip charge.and quot; I explained again that this job was previously done by their company and that a stripped tail nut could not have been our fault (we do not own a wrench and could not have caused the nut to be stripped). I asked them to stand behind their work and they refused, saying the job was now 3 years old and they cannot guarantee their work that long.This was deeply disappointing because I've had Roto Rooter out to do work that's now been in place over 10 years with no issues.

Installed new faucet after new countertops installed

They did excellent work. They came very quickly after we called.

I was very satisfied. One thing I appreciated was that when he got here, we had something that needed done that wasn't in the order. He was able to quickly make the adjustment and help us out.

A all the way through with this company. It was a good experience. They were very professional and they came in and did the work. They were punctual. I would use them again if needed.
