Repair quality is very good. Body surface was restored to like-new condition and basecoat/clearcoat refinishing was first rate with excellent blending to surrounding surfaces. Since the repair was just completed I can't comment on long term durability of the repainting/refinishing.
Time to do the work was as described up front - no surprises. Final price was as quoted and included minor additional hardware (discovered after disassembly of the damaged area) replaced at no charge.
I will definitely use R L Automotive again for repairing minor dings to my other two vehicles. Exceptionally good value for top notch work.
