Went well. I am not from this region. The older gentleman was compassionate explaining how to care for the floors. Ensured he was a phone call away and conveyed he would return if need be.

They performed on time and they did great work. I had to pay a little more because of a little issue they did a good job.

The work that they did was very fine. We had engaged them late September and then they did not contact us to confirm, so there was bad communication problem. But I found that the owner had some medical emergencies. The price is reasonable.

Everything went wonderfully. Paul was very responsive - in fact, he was the only floor professional on Angie's List who did respond to my request. He went over options with us and talked about whether we should remove the carpet or he and the difference in price. They were in and out on time and kept me aware of when to expect them, etc. I would gladly hire them again. Their work was beautiful, and I am in love with my room.

It was a fair price. There was a little bit of a stain from the ladder. I had to change the baseboards again. We told them that everything has been painted. It just happened.

SUMMARY: Very sloppy Job. Do not use this company unless you absolutely need the cheapest price around. If you do use them, inspect all sanding before allowing them to put on a coat of polyurethane. Monitor their work very very closely or they will disappoint you with their shoddy work. SPECIFICS: They failed to remove floor paint near many edges of a room and around obstacles (also some flakes in the middle of the room). They just poly-ed over the area as though it were finished. They came back to look at it and just came up with excuses as to why that was okay. They left puddles and drips of polyurethane in some areas. They did not put up plastic over doorways until I asked. In fact, until I saw what they were doing, they sanded a floor without plastic separating their work from my carpeted family room. They did not fill-up the cracks with polyurethane in the bathroom and kitchen where water now seeps into the cracks and will eventually warp the boards.

They did an amazing job. Everyone who visits our house remarks on how the floors look. I really couldn't believe the difference. They completed the job in the time estimated and for the price estimated even though it ended up taking more person-hours than they had bargained for. My only complaint is that when the job was done, I found some trash in my backyard that the workers had left.

THEY DID MISS AN AREA OF FLOOR IN A CLOSET, BUT DID COME BACK AND DO IT. SATISFACTORY COMMUNICATION, BUT NOT EXCELLENT.

THEY CAME LATE AND DID NOT BRING THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT. THEY REFUSED TO FINISH THE JOB AND LEFT A HUGE GROOVE DOWN THE MIDDLE OF THE FLOOR. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE RESULTS.

INITIALLY, VERY RESPONSIVE AND REASONABLY PRICED, HOWEVER, DID NOT RESPOND TO MY REQUEST TO FIX A SMALL FLAW, EVEN THOUGH I HAD NOT PAID THE FINAL INSTALLMENT. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN AND NEVER PAID THE FINAL INSTALLMENT. ALSO, THEY LEFT SANDPAPER, AND EMPTY SODA CANS AND POLY CONTAINERS ON THE JOB SIGHT. IN GENERAL, THE WORK WAS ONLY FAIR.

ALTHOUGH PAUL, THE MAN WHO DOES ESTIMATES, IS THE FATHER OF OWNER, KEVIN, THEY DO NOT APPEAR TO COMMUNICATE AND THEY GIVE CONTRADICTORY INFORMATION. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS. APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN IN A HURRY. OVERALL FINISH IS OK BUT THEY DID MISS THE FLOOR UNDER RADIATORS.

THEY LEFT THE HOUSE UNLOCKED THE FIRST DAY AND DIDNT CALL TO SAY THEY WERE LEAVING. THEY SPILLED VARNISH ON THE CARPET AND DIDNT TELL US. THEY WERE POOR AT CLEANUP.

THE RESULT WAS WONDERFUL! THEY HAD NO PROBLEM NAVIGATING THE SMALL, UNUSUAL AREAS OF OUR 100 + YEAR OLD HOMES FLOOR.

WOW! METICULOUS WORK, EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE SERVICE TECHNICIANS, AND FRIENDLY CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION. THESE FOLKS ARE TOPS!

THEY DID A POOR JOB INITIALLY, BUT DID RETURN TO FIX IT. THE FINAL RESULT WAS LESS THAN I EXPECTED. SANDING WAS UNEVEN AND RIPPLES ARE APPARENT.

END RESULT WAS ACCEPTABLE BUT I WAS VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT MY DEALINGS WITH THE COMPANY. THE LEAD SALESMAN MADE MANY EMPTY PROMISES, INCLUDING SENDING A SUBCONTRACTOR THAT KNEW NOTHING ABOUT THE JOB OR WHAT PAUL HAD PROMISED US. ADDITIONALLY THE SUBCONTRACTOR OFFERED TO TAKE A LOT OF SHORT CUTS WHICH WOULD'VE SAVED HIM TIME. WE HAD TO MONITOR THEM EVERYDAY AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP WITHIN 2 HOURS OF WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY CLAIM TO BE OWNER-OPERATED BUT SUBCONTRACT THE MAJORITY OF THEIR WORK EVEN WHEN THEY PROMISE NOT TO (IT WAS WRITTEN IN OUR CONTRACT!) BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY! WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD NOT ALLOW THEM TO DO OUR FINISH WORK.

THE FIRST DAY THEY DIDNT SHOW UP UNTIL LATE IN THE EVENING, THE 2ND DAY THEY SHOWED UP LATE AGAIN. WORK DIDNT GET DONE UNTIL A COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER THE SCHEDULED TIME. BUT, MEMBER IS HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY AND THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE, AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN

THE WORK WAS GREAT AND WE WERE PLEASED WITH THEIR RESPONSIVENESS AND PROFESSIONALISM BEFORE AND DURING THE WORK. HOWEVER, AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED THEY FAILED TO REMOVED THE TRASH DUE TO REMOVAL OF OLD FLOORING AND SANDING. AFTER REPEATED CALLS AND MISSED PROMISES (IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH AFTER WORK WAS COMPLETED) PART OF THE TRASH HAS BEEN REMOVED BUT NOT ALL. A COMPLAINT HAS BEEN FILED WITH THE BBB TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.
