From the first time I contacted Elijah(owner) he was professional and took the time to listen to the needs of my wife and I. He showed up right on time for the estimate and provided a very competitive quote and was able to do all the services needed to complete the job. He kept in constant communication with me on when he would start the job. Just as promised the dumpster showed up the afternoon before the work was to start. The crew showed up right on time and made sure the area was secure as to not damage landscaping. As promised two days later the job was complete. Elijah himself went around the perimeter to make sure all the nails were picked up. Today's later and right on time the gutter crew showed up for the removal and replacement of he gutters. Overall Elijah was always on top of things and kept in constant contact with me through all phases. I would recommend Innovative Exteriors to anyone, and in fact did that as Elijah just completed my fathers house!

Project went well as there was a large amount of communication before the project started. The work to approximately two weeks to complete as the old siding had to be torn off and replaced with the James Hardie siding. The crew was careful to blind nail the siding as much as possible and provided vapor barrier behind every seam. I had to replace one additional window because of rot and rush order was put on replacement window in order to complete job timely. The owner Elijah was on the job site frequently and pitched in to help the crew whenever possible.
