Customer service was very bad. Quality of sod was terrible. I purchased 25 rolls! Each roll was different in quality!

I take pride in my yard. I will not use them again.

I called them and asked to speak to an owner. A young man answered. I wanted to comment to the quality of the sod this year. I have used them to replace bad dog owners and salt in the past. I will not again. The young man said he was an owner. He clearly did not care about any of my complaints.

We called and they said they'd someone call back to set up an appointment. No one ever called us back. We were looking for someone to haul dirt and lay sod on half of our backyard.

I was extremely happy with the quality of their sod and their service, both over the phone when calling for estimate of cost, and in person for them to load it. Unfortunately they do not deliver to South Minneapolis (perhaps for larger jobs maybe), but they were a) open on Sundays, and b) inexpensive enough compared to others I called around the area to still be significantly cheaper to travel to pick it up, even with renting a truck to haul it. Very down to earth people.
