John was very responsive in scheduling our work the day following our initial call. John and his partner performed the work quickly. We thought we were going to have to remove a portion of the finished basement ceiling to access the back of the faucet for replacement. However, Dan was able to skillfully pull the faucet out far enough to access the solder joint, thus saving us the hassle of cutting open and replacing the ceiling drywall.

We highly recommend them for future plumbing jobs.

Steve and two other guys replaced all of my rusting, corroding galvanized water supply piping with new PEX tubing. They also replaced two outdoor faucets, one laundry tub faucet, and the shutoff valves for the bathroom faucets and toilets.

It took them a day to complete all of the work, even though Steve originally said it would take 1 1/2 days. The job was made slightly more difficult by the fact that some of the plumbing pipes were not accessible behind walls and ceilings, so I had to hire another contractor to cut (and later patch) access holes so they could do their work. The work was done in a quality manner and the cleanup was also good.
My only complaint is that I think Steve's two guys, who did most of the work, rushed the job a bit so they could start their holiday weekend early. They wanted to finish in one day instead of taking the 1 1/2 days that Steve had allotted them. As a result, there were some minor issues that needed to be fixed after they left. But these issues were fixed to my satisfaction in a timely manner.
I would definitely recommend Steve and Glacier Plumbing as a plumbing contractor who does good work for a fair price.

Steve with Glacier Plumbing came recommended by my general contractor as they use his company for their remodel work. Steve and his sons did a great job. They were on time, gave accurate estimates up front, and only charged for the work done. They kept the job site clean and protected the floors and carpet when then entered the house. They worked quickly which kept the bill relatively light considering the amount of work they did. I was impressed by the quality of their work and would definitely use them again. Easily the best plumbers I've ever encountered.

He's a very good plumber. He is straightforward and hardworking. He has been very good and he is responsive.
