+ -1 moreMatt not only did a professional job, but showed me areas I could save money by doing it myself instead of automatically seeing it as an opportunity to do the work and inflate the invoice. With this house, I have contacted several contractors for various needs, and Matt is one of the few who truly exhibits the level of integrity of a professional in his trade. He does an honest job for an honest price. It was a miracle I encountered him and I recommend him highly. As I upgrade the heating/cooling needs of this house, Building Mechanical System will be the company I call to do it every time. I can honestly say Matt is one of the few contractors I trust do only the work I *really* need to have done, and complete it professionally for a reasonable price.
Description of Work: I moved into a home and the boiler/heating system was a mess. It needed to be replaced. Everyone else I checked (at least 6 contractors) quoted me over 5000$ to do the job. Matt was doing some work for a neighbor of mine and I asked if he could take care of my boiler. He not only replaced the boiler and thermostat for a reasonable price, but checked the lines and provided me with advice on how I could address some of the other repairs in my house efficiently and professionally.
