Scott came out to do the estimate and gave me a fair price, which ended up right in the range he had estimated. It took 3 weeks between the time he had done the estimate and actually came to do the work. I called a couple of times to find out when he would be ready to the work--he had said the glass was on order and he would let me know, but I had to prompt a few times to make sure the job would be done before my house closing, as this work was part of the agreement for the sale. All in all, Scott is professional and did a good job with the work.

We had a window glass seal that had been damaged years ago. The window finally cracked. He answered the phone on my 1st attemp to contact. He came out to give a price that day, measure, and assess the type of glass needed. He ordered the glass the same day and called to set the day and approximate time to install. Somewhere along the line the glass was scratched and he called to notify me another had been ordered, but I had to wait a couple days longer. Installation was done and so far so good. Winter will be the deciding final factor.Other than having to wait longer than I would have preferred, I saw and forsee no problems.
