The addition is more than we had hoped for. All the subs were great, the products used were first class and the frustrations kept to a minimum. Weather is the only thing that caused any bumps in the road. Almost on time and only over-runs were things I chose. Very good to work with.

Very good customer service as the sales rep, John, took us to former clients to help us decide on window type/color. Crew of 4  showed up on schedule and were very accomodating. Made sure everything they did met our satisfaction. Nice job of cleaning up at the end of every day. Got along well with our pesky dog. Would use them again -- and will for siding.

We ordered windows in May. Around the 1st of August they showed up. Worked for four days and left. Here it is the end of September and they still haven't finished.  Not once have they called us to keep us in the "loop" we have to call them to find out when they are going to finish. They give us a date and don't show up.   If your looking for windows, keep looking!   When you find a company you like:  Get a start date, a finish date and don't pay till all the work is done.   I Am so grateful we only had them to a few windows, and not the whole house!

Waiting for the windows was hard, about seven weeks. once they got started it went smooth and quick. Now just waiting for the wood to get stained. Then I can put my furniture back !!
