Working with Tim was an exceptional experience. At his expense he prepared a detailed color proposal after an initial consultation. After we selected StonePocket, Tim worked extensively with us to develop the designs consistent with our desires and goals. The results took time because of the scale of the project, but was worth waiting for. Tim was always professional, accommodating and clearly personally invested in the quality and outcome of the project. He managed all of the moving parts (subcontractors which he has carefully selected - and unselected) beautifully, and stood in to take responsibility to resolve all issues. The design process started with a meeting to formulate a concept. Stone Pocket presented a design with costs and sample materials and at that time there was a change in the design. Stone Pocket made suggestions and updated the plan. The project took about six weeks. The workers kept the space neat in between work. The bushes and trees are guaranteed for one year and some trees were replaced after experiencing winter burn. The space is lovely and very functional. I receive many comments on how attractive the space is.
