Justin and his guys were on time, on budget and very professional. I quoted several companies before I had Friendly contracted. Justin wasn’t the lowest bidder but he listened to what I wanted, kept my budget in mind and offered suggestions. I would recommend Friendly Elecrtic for any electrical work you need.

"Thanks for the feedback Lyle. The reason it took 2 days is because I was originally hired to change 7 gfci's so that is what I scheduled for. When the amount more than doubled so did the time to do it. We didn't have the time scheduled to do the extra work. I apologize if that was an inconvenience and am fortunate we were able to get you in the following day."

Justin is awesome! We have in his words, correct but cray cray wiring, which was causing issues with a new outside light install. He troubleshooted the problem with me and came back to re-splice. Hire this guy!! You won't be disappointed.

I was referred to Friendly Electric by my plumber to do the electrical work for a dishwasher installation. Justin let me know right away that the scope of the work and costs depended on the type of breaker we currently had. He asked for information over the phone so he was prepared for either scenario and I was prepared for potential cost and time differences. He adjusted what they were doing in the middle of the job to make it easier for the plumber. I found out shortly before they arrived that I needed an outlet moved to install the microwave/range hood. He generously took time for that additional work while he and Kody were here. Wonderful customer service. Great communication. Careful to make sure everything is prepared for inspection. I look forward to working with them on future projects.

Justin & Rob worked Very Well together. They were on time as specified & worked efficiently until the job was done & cleaned their work area completely when done. I was very pleased & felt very comfortable with them as they worked in my home & will recommend them to friends & family for their electrical needs. Plus the fee they charged for their services I felt was very fair. Thanks to them I am very happy with the electrical work they did for me & will have a much more functional kitchen.

Justin and Rob were great to work with. fair price , quick service,job dome well. Very difficult job to run power through the house when all of the ceilings and walls were finished already.Upgraded the power panel to 200 amps. Justin and Rob are not only professional but also personable. Justin checked back the next day to make sure everything was ok. Left the work area clean.

Justin was very patient, informative, and friendly when we discussed the job I wanted done - which was extra impressive since I tend to ask too many questions in general(am an over thinker). He arrived for the job promptly and switched out the damaged parts of our old bathroom vent fan with new ones of those original parts(which he found and ordered for for us). He did the job quickly and carefully, and cleaned up. He is a genuinely nice, caring, and trustworthy guy, and his fee was fair. The new fan works great. By the way, I checked Better Business Bureau when researching him and he had an A+. Highly recommend Justin.
