I needed to have a tree removed from my yard.  Emerson came out on the first day that the weather would allow and took care of it.  This could not have been an easy task.  This was a very large tree, and it was located close to fences and another large tree.

Emerson is a gem!  exceptional service - he doesn't over sell.  Emerson is prompt at responding and will come out and give a quote, he explained exactly what was needed what we should do and if we didn't want to do that what we should minimally do.
he showed up on time the day the work was scheduled and worked all day and early the next day to complete everything in a timely fashion.  they cleaned up after themselves - very professional, very trustworthy - I will use Emerson and his crew again and will definitely (and have) referred him to family, friends and clients - 

A tree fell on our property (and no one was around, but it DID make a sound if anyone was wondering) and we needed it removed ASAP as it was a safety hazard. Contacted this provider on a Saturday night and they were out first thing Monday morning. They removed the fallen tree and did an excellent job of clean-up....not one leaf was left on the ground. This is a far cry from the service an adjacent property received from a different contractor (see other reviews provided by this member for details).

Emerson, the owner, immediately texted photos of the work and made suggestions to address two other tree's that were a threat to life and property. The customer approved the additional work and again, the trees were removed promptly, properly and professionally and the stump was grinded down to below turf level. The clean-up couldn't have been better. He added black dirt and seed and the area doesn't appear disturbed at all other than the fact we have a small bare spot until the grass grows.

Emerson said the invoice would be mailed to us. He also commented that the clown at the other tree service (mentioned above) left him a message saying "they don't pay their bills". But Emerson knows better...he's been paid promptly with every invoice he's submitted. And why is that? He has the ability to promptly create an accurate invoice and provide it to his customers. If there are any issues, he responds politely and professionally to his valued customers.

This company is a true gem in the Chaska/Carver/Chanhassen area. I would strongly recommend their services.

Very good service, and great relative to most tree services. Emerson was hired by my neighbor to trim his trees as well as one of mine that had limbs extending into his yard. Emerson advised my neighbor to contact me before he did any work on my tree in order to agree on how much should be cut and to find out whether I might want limbs on my side trimmed to maintain overall symmetry of the tree. The fact that Emerson insisted that my neighbor contact me first before touching my tree, even though my neighbor had every right to remove limbs extending on to his lot, deserves high marks. After checking EB Tree's ratings on Angie's List, I decided to also hire him to even out said tree and do a bit of work on my pine. EB Tree did a good job on both, and I have now found a reliable and conscientious tree service to use in the future. EB Tree is completely the opposite of fly by night tree trimmers trolling the neighborhood hoping to make a quick sale. I have been burned by poor results when using such services. Emerson carefully explained what he would do, when, and how, and did so, to the letter. He did a great job cleaning up, and rather than demanded cash up front, let me mail him a check after the work was done. That is in stark contrast to most tree trimming services. I highly recommend EB Tree. I will use them in the future.

EB Tree showed up on-time, surveyed the situation, contacted the neighbors to notify them of noise and possible encroachment of branches on their property and promptly got to work after some introductions and explaining of their plan. In a few hours (and on one of the hottest days of the year), they'd dropped the tree, loaded the truck and left the yard better than when they found it. Easily the hardest working crew you'll find.
