+ -1 moreTHIS IS A YOUNG COMPANY WHO WAS VERY RELIABLE. THEY WERE CONTACTED AT 11 AM, RETURNED CALL AT 12:30 AND CAME OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE AROUND 4 PM. A TIME LIMIT WAS IN THE AGREEMENT DUE TO OTHER CONSTRUCTION AND WAS COMPLETED ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE GIVEN DATE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, ANSWERED QUESTIONS AT EACH STEP OF THE PROCESS. EACH STEP TOOK PAINSTAKING TIME AND DETAIL WHICH THEY DEMONSTRATED GREAT PATIENCE COMPLETING. THE PRICE WAS DEFINITELY WITHIN REASON AFTER OBSERVING THE STEPS, TIME AND THE PROCESS. I WOULD HIRE THEM BACK IN A MINUTE DUE TO THEIR CARING ATTITUDE AND PROFESSIONAL COMPLETION OF THE JOB.
Description of Work: REPAIR AND RENEW THE 60 YEAR OLD CEMENT GARAGE FLOOR. THE FLOOR WAS SCALING AND CRUMBLING WITH SOME REBAR BEGINNING TO SHOW IN A FEW SPOTS. THE FLOOR WAS SANDED, PATCHED, LEVELED AND COATED TO AN ALMOST NEW FINISH. NUMEROUS OTHER COMPANY'S WOULD NOT TOUCH THIS PROJECT.
