I WAS REFERRED TO STEVE KNIGHT BY A COLLEAGUE WHEN I NEEDED A HOME INSPECTOR. STEVE WAS AN AMAZING INSPECTOR. HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN ALL OF THE THINGS WRONG WITH MY NEW HOME AND PROVIDED A DETAILED REPORT WITHIN 24 HOURS. I WOULD BE VERY SURPRISED IF HE MISSED ANYTHING DUE TO HOW THOROUGH HE WAS.
