He was quite good. We dropped it off and he not only fixed it, he cleaned it and kind of put it back in first class condition. You can bring it to any store and they will then send it to their repair section and then it goes back to the store and you pick it up there. But, it turned out that their actual repair place was fairly close to us so I just went directly there. It was kind of a warehouse area. I just took it in and explained what was wrong and they fill out a tag and put it on it and they call you when it was done, which was within a week. We went back and picked it up and everything was fine. I am very happy with the service

I was very satisfied. They did a nice job. The guy was able to figure out what was wrong and showed me how to fix it myself. They were very upfront about their pricing. When we initially schedule, we picked a day. We didn't know until the night before what portion of the day they would be coming. That was my only negative complaint. But he was very punctual

They gave us good information and did a price match. They provided a very good service because if you find a lower price they will match it. They don't argue about the price match which is a good thing. They come in and do a professional job. They are on usually time and if they are early they call you to ask if they can come in. They remove the old appliance and make sure it is clean and clear before they leave.

In terms of the installation, they were out here and were really quick as well as efficient. They had everything done quicker than they had estimated they would have it done in spite of the fact that it did drizzle that day. The job was a good job. Everything looks good and works well. I would probably use their services in the future too.
