Flooring
HE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE, VERY ARTICULATE AND MADE SURE I THOUGHT LIKE HIM. I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE TEXTURE OF THE FLOOR. I CALLED HIM BACK AND HE SAID HE WOULD BE RIGHT OVER. HE CAME OVER AND ADDRESSED THE FLOOR AND CORRECTED THE JOB. HE WAS SUCH AN EXCELLENT GENTLEMAN. HE FIXED IT IN ABOUT 3 HOURS TO RE-DO AND HAND SAND. LOOKS BEAUTIFUL. IT WASN'T RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, BUT IT WAS PERFECT THE SECOND TIME.
