+ -1 moreThe work was ok. But he was very expensive. He never gave me an itemized bill. He did things that were not necessary like replacing a toilet without asking, but charged me for it. He talked too much which made the job last longer.
Description of Work: I bought a house that had been vacant for a year. All the pipes had to be drained, water turned on. There was a list from the city that had to be accomlished to get it ready for occupancy.
