Originally, I tried to replace my kitchen faucet by myself but the nut was solidly attached and I didn't have the proper equipment to cut it off. As a result, we were without water in our kitchen for a couple days. Eagle Plumbing was able to provide a quick appointment date. He cut off the screw and installed the new faucet in about 15 minutes. Very efficient and friendly. I will hire again for our plumbing needs.

The job was done well, and quickly. The only problem is that the technician forgot to relight the pilot light on our water heater and we didn't realize until we were out of hot water the following day. I called the technician and he came over within an hour to re-light the pilot, and also show me how to do it myself.

He came out for free to look at our problems... gave great feedback and even gave ideas of what we could do ourselves. Came back at a later scheduled time and was done in a timely manner and stuck with the previously quoted price. He's our new Plumber!

He was very fast and did a good job. The only complaint I have is that he did not put the last hose on the water softener. We ended up with water coming out of the back of the softener that evening. Other than that issue, he did a good job.
