They responded almost immediately to our plumbing problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently.

Originally, I tried to replace my kitchen faucet by myself but the nut was solidly attached and I didn't have the proper equipment to cut it off. As a result, we were without water in our kitchen for a couple days. Eagle Plumbing was able to provide a quick appointment date. He cut off the screw and installed the new faucet in about 15 minutes. Very efficient and friendly. I will hire again for our plumbing needs.

The job was done well, and quickly. The only problem is that the technician forgot to relight the pilot light on our water heater and we didn't realize until we were out of hot water the following day. I called the technician and he came over within an hour to re-light the pilot, and also show me how to do it myself.

Came to the house on a Friday night after supper to loo at leaky faucet and give an estimate. Saw that it was a simple replaement part and told me how to fix it myself and where to get part. Very professional, honest and saved me a lot of money. Will be calling him next time ......
