They came out the same day I called. (It was a very cool spring day after all!) They got right to work explaining what they were doing as they worked. After work was completed they told me what steps I should take to keep my furnace operating properly until their next suggested routine visit.
Flush the drain line every two months or so.
Change the air filter at 6 to 12 month intervals (its a 4 inch thick HEPA type).
It all made sense!
