CALLED AND TOOK IT IN. WAS VERY PLEASED WITH SERVICE. WHEN BACK AT HOME I COULD NOT GET THE MONITOR TO WORK. CALLED THE SHOP AND HE TALKED ME THROUGH IT. THEN HE CALLED BACK LATER TO SEE HOW IT WAS WORKING. HE DEFINITELY WENT THE EXTRA MILE FOR ME.

KEN WAS PROMPT, EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY SKILLED TECHNICALLY. HE WELCOMED ANSWERING ANY QUESTIONS THAT MIGHT ARISE DUE TO THIS ALTERATION OF MY COMPUTER. I WAS INITIALLY DISTRAUGHT AT THE IDEA THAT THREE YEARS OF ACCUMULATING 'VALUABLES' ON MY HARD DRIVE WOULD BE GONE FOREVER, KEN SAVED THE DAY! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS COMPANY TO ANYONE NEEDING COMPUTER REPAIR.
