About us
Husband and wife owned and operated. We have four team members going in to 2015, including several female technicians. We provide both al a carte services as well as unlimited labor plans for home users and maintenance plans for business clients. We do all work in house, though for large business deployments, we have three other technicians that we have close personal relationships with that we can bring on to speed the work or augment our skill-set, if needed. Payment for work that is performed in house is due upon completion. We can make arrangements for layaway payments, but we will require the equipment to remain at the shop until the work is paid for. Regular business clients are invoiced monthly, new business clients that have us out for break/fix work are invoiced on site.

"I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues playing movies. There are a couple of possible reasons that could be happening. It could be that your movie playback software was damaged, either during your initial infection, or during the removal process. If your computer has Windows 8, it does not include DVD playback software in Windows, and would require a separate program to play movies. Some clients with Windows 8 have accidentally downloaded a playback program that also contains a virus. If that were the case, you would have been able to watch until the infected program was removed. These are some of the more common reasons that we see. As you purchased our managed antivirus with the virus removal, please remember that you have a 6 month warranty on the work. Being that your computer is having issues playing movies after the work that was done with it, we would appreciate the opportunity to look at it and get your movie playback functionality working again. If you don't mind, I will have one of our technicians reach out to you today to setup a time for you to bring in the computer so we can look it over with you and resolve the issue. When you bring it in, let us know if there is anything else that isn't as you were expecting. I appreciate your bringing this to our attention in your review. With computers being so personalized, one of our concerns is that our clients receive their computer back and something is not working the way they are used to, but they don't bring it to our attention so we can resolve it. For this reason, we just brought on another team member last week, who's main role is going to be to follow up with all of our clients to ensure that everything is functioning as expected after they get their computer home."
