Wolfe IT MN llc, prides its self in dealing with technology from custom audio visual setups to computer related things such as virus removal to repair and wireless networking. We feel that if it involves technology, we're your team. We offer one time appointments to monthly/yearly plans to save our customers money. Appointments usually take one hour for repair. Installations can vary depending on the number of devices needed to be setup. We do offer a internet connection monitoring service for commercial application. Currently have two employees, we are a new business but are looking to prove ourselves to our clients. We currently have a few promotions going such as $20 visa gift card for client referral. Can find full details on that on our website. Small parts markup flat 50% (wiring etc.) Larger components such as routers are marked up 25%. Diagnostic only no repair is $80, If repair option is chosen diagnostic is waived and services is billed by the hour for first hour at$100, then afterwards in 30 minute intervals at $50. Trip charge, if location is between 25 and 50 miles from Byron MN there will be an extra $50 applied to work order to cover expense and travel time.
