Hi, I am Ken Garas. I am the owner/inspector for Reliant Home Inspection LLC. When you choose RHI, you can trust I will work hard for you and provide you with a comprehensive home inspection. I conduct home inspections in the greater Rochester/southeastern Minnesota region. I have over twenty years of experience in the construction industry, ranging from electrician to carpenter to senior construction project manager. I am an InterNACHI certified home inspector, which means I continue to learn to perfect my craft and provide a better service to my customers through up-to-date techniques and practices.

It was great we have no complaints very friendly he came on the weekend which is great. He is very knowledgeable because he explained well everything to us. I would recommend them to anyone else that need home inspection in the area.

We needed a home inspection quickly, and Ken came out on the weekend because that worked best for us. We are so thankful for his thorough inspection and his attention to detail. He taught us things we didn't know about what to look for. The home maintenance list he provides is a nice touch. Would recommend ?!
