It was a good experience. They don't do negotiating on price. They just have a fixed rate. The sales staff was good. They gave great service and made car buying a great experience.

I think it took like 6 hours for the work to be completed. I didn't come into contact with any of the workers, just their service manager, and he was fine. He was good. I can't think of anything they could work on in the future.

We went in to turn it in early and the finance person was rude and didn't want to wait on us. Once she did, she laid out paperwork that said we had to pay $1,500 in penalties and pay for them to detail the car to they could sell it to someone else! I was furious, we got up and walked out without saying a word to her. We drove about 10 mins up the road to Richfield/Bloomington Honda and they were excited to take it back since they were apparently hard to come by. They didn't charge us a dime and we ended up buying a Pilot from them. Had the finance person thought it through, she would have figured out we were there to look at other vehicles. We will never go back and will continue to go to Richfield Bloomington Honda.

They are pretty good. Everything went well the last time I went there. I think their price is a little high. Their responsiveness is really good. I might not use them again in the future because it is kind of far away from my house.

It went well.  They have a nice facility.  They are on time and polite.  They explained the service to me.  There was no long wait before I got serviced because I booked an appointment and they took me.   

Their price is average.

They provided a oil change and a basic checkup. Becuase a our a long time customer, this was free. Suggested some potential adjustments, but the cost was zero.

The salesman could be a little bit more professional. They're much less expensive. When they evaluate your used car, they have you come in while they drive around and they tell you what they would even pay for that car even if you didn't buy a car. They have really incredible and aggressive pricing.

I had my Honda Odyssey in and unfortunately the timing belt/water pump job done by a local shop in 2010 and those parts failed. The water pump was leaking coolant and the engine was overheating.
So, having to pay for the timing belt service again was unfortunate. I did call around and find that the price was quite a bit lower at shops around, but your service adviser took care of that. When I came to pickup the vehicle...the service adviser had included a price match against Honest 1 Auto Care in Burnsville and the price was almost the same as going to a local shop with aftermarket parts.
I was very pleased that the service was done correctly, quickly and cost effectively. That honestly is a huge deal to me and it'll make me think twice going to another auto shop vs. taking my vehicle to Walser. You guys have always been top notch and serviced my vehicle extremely well. Thanks a ton!

The service team got me in early and the appointment was supposed to last approximately 90 minutes. I was out in a little under an hour. The lounge that the dealership has it outstanding in its amenities and the personnel were very friendly and professional.
