They are excellent.

Underground Water Works installed our in-ground sprinkler system in 1993.  We have had John and Steve do the Spring and Fall maintenance on our system ever since (22 years).  They show up when scheduled, and are always very professional and courteous.  We have absolutely no reason to look for another provider.

We have them come every year and they are done in about a half hour.  Never any problems.  They tell us it any of the sprinklers look like they need fixing and how we can fix them or they can do it.

It was great. They were punctual, professional and were reasonably priced.  Since I was new to the home, I asked if John would be willing to take some time to show me how the use the system and verify that it was in good working condition.  He was very knowledgeable and even made some recommendations for the system in the future.

It always goes good.  I see I have a problem with a malfunctioning head, I call John on his cell, get an answer or a call back in a reasonable amount of time and set up a time for him to appear.  The work is performed and I am happy.  He told me once when I wanted him to come out and adjust a head, that he would show me how to do it.  I told him no, that's his job, I would rather pay him then me screw it up.  I am very happy with the brothers; John and Steve.

They arrived on time, were able to solve the issues that I asked them to, went "above and beyond" by re-leveling some ground in a few low spots in the yard, and I felt the price was extremely reasonable given the amount of work they did. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing sprinkler system modification or repair.
