The owner arrived at our new home promptly at the appointed time. He conducted his survey and measurements while working around moving company unloading household goods. He discussed the options opened to us and what stairlifts he currently had in stock for immediate install. He understood our urgency and arranged for his son to install stairlift next day on Saturday a day they are normally closed. Once he returned back to his shop he realized he had a slightly used stairlift that he could sell us that would suit our stair configuration for less money. We accepted his offer and his son arrived the next day to do installation. We experience a problem with the chair two weeks into use. Called shop to request repair. The owner (Bruce) came out immediately and repaired item. I could not have asked for better service and professionalism. This company is top notch. I have already recommended them to a friend who is a caregiver to a family member with similar needs.

When we needed a stair lift, Ability Solutions explained the product, took measurements, checked their inventory, and located the most inexpensive-but-first-quality stair life that would meet our needs. They acted quickly, installed the lift, and then stayed to explain, demonstrate, have us try the lift, and make sure all was well. These are professionals who seem to respect their customers.

This company did was very helpful in making our home accessible for my husband. The president of the company,Bruce Stevenson, was very helpful. He made extra handrails that matched the existing railing on the stairs, installed the stair lift, and also installed grab bars where they were needed. We are very pleased with the work he did for us.
