TPC LANDSCAPE

Wonderful! Far better than expecting in every way. The crew was great! They were always very professional and mindful in all aspects. What a pleasure it was to have them here. The landscape design and results exceeded our expectations. Wow!! Eric has so many great ideas, things we never would have thought about. We have already discussed what we can do in the spring, can't wait! Highly recommend these guys!!!

I worked with Don and everything went smoothly. Every time I had questions he answered in a timely manner.
He was always on time and very polite. I called him a couple yrs later regarding a gap between the sidewalk and the retaining wall and he came out right away and looked at it. He came back the next week and fixed it.
I would definitely do business with them again.

It went very well.  We called and asked them to remove the leaves at our home.  They said they would do it in about 1.5 weeks.  In about a week I got home and our leaves were all gone and our lawn looks amazing in the middle of November.  They really do a great job and are very pleasant to work with.

Everything went well, once we called them and pointed out there error.

We had very specific needs for the areas that needed to be repaired.  The representative came out, went over our needs and provided a prompt estimate.  They completed the work on time and gave us a chance to inspect the work with an open door to make an adjustments.  There was one item we wanted changed and they were willing to do it and prompt in doing so.  Ultimately, we appreciated that they were willing to take such a random list of requests and needs and bring order back to our yard post condrete work.  We take a lot of pride in our yard and landscape and TPC was able to ensure our standards were upheld!

It was awful. They do a very poor job on the yard. They are not very thorough in doing their work. I am not the only person that has had bad experiences with this company. When I tried to discuss making an insurance claim with the service provider, the owner confronted me in a very unprofessional manner. I will be taking the company to court to try to get the issue resolved. I would not recommend them to anyone in the area.

I had them come out and work on my leak and the guy they sent did a great job. He didn't waste any time assessing and solving the problem and was able to resolve it quite quickly.

THE WORK WAS DONE ADEQUATELY OVERALL, BUT THERE WERE PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED WITH MICHAEL'S SERVICE. HE WAS VERY PROMPT IN RESPONDING TO MY INITIAL CALL FOR AN ESTIMATE/LANDSCAPE DESIGN. HOWEVER THROUGHOUT THE REST OF THE PROCESS (AFTER I GAVE HIM THE DEPOSIT), HE RARELY RETURNED PHONE CALLS, DESPITE ALLOWING OVER A WEEK FOR HIM TO CALL BACK. THE RETAINING WALLS HAD TO BE MODIFIED FROM THEIR ORIGINAL DESIGN DUE TO LOT CONFIGURATION, BUT HE FAILED TO INFORM US UNTIL AFTER IT WAS DONE. THIS DID NOT GIVE US AN OPPORTUNITY TO CHANGE THE WALL IF WE WANTED TO. THE OTHER WORKERS WERE GOOD OVERALL, AND THE END RESULT IS ''ADEQUATE,'' BUT NOTHING SPECTACULAR. IN RETROSPECT, SINCE MICHAEL WAS THE MAIN CONTACT I HAD TO DEAL WITH FOR QUESTIONS/PROGRESS REPORTS, I FEEL HE DID AN INADEQUATE/POOR JOB OF RETURNING PHONE CALLS AND ANSWERING VOICEMAILS ONCE TPC ALREADY HAD MY DEPOSIT. THEREFORE, I PLAN ON USING A DIFFERENT LANDSCAPE DESIGNER/COMPANY FOR MY BACKYARD AND OTHER LANDSCAPING NEED.

THE POND WAS BEYOND MY EXPECTATION. THE DESIGNER (MIKE BURKE) WORKED WITH US AND HAD TO DO A COUPLE DIFFERENT DESIGNS TO GET IT TO FIT WITH THE EXPANDED GARDEN AREA AND PATIO THEY INSTALLED LAST FALL. THE ''C'' GRADE FOR PUNCTUALITY WAS BECAUSE THEY SHOWED UP A WEEK EARLY; ALTHOUGH ALL OTHER WORK WE'VE HAD DONE BY TPC LANDSCAPE HAS BEEN DONE EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD. THE CREW WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COMPLETELY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THE SUPERVISOR TOOK THE TIME TO ANSWER A LOT OF QUESTIONS I HAD ABOUT BACKYARD POND MAINTENANCE: WHEN I CAN ADD PLANTS AND WHAT KIND, WHAT ABOUT FISH, ETC. IF I DECIDE ON ANY ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPE PROJECTS, I WILL CALL TPC LANDSCAPE. THE PRICES ARE REASONABLE AND THEIR WORK IS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THE PLAN THAT THEY DEVELOP IS MORE GENERALIZED (I.E. THEY ONLY MAPPED OUT THE LARGER PLANTINGS AND LANDSCAPE FEATURES) SO THEY RELY ON THE CREWS TO ADAPT TO THE ACTUAL SITUATIONS. THIS ALLOWS THEM TO HANDLE PLAN ALTERATIONS MORE READILY. OTHER DESIGNERS WE SPOKE WITH HAD HIGHLY DETAILED PLANS THAT MADE US HESITANT TO REQUEST CHANGES -- THE PLAN ULTIMATELY BELONGS TO US AFTER ALL.

I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL TPC TO DO OTHER LANDSCAPING. THEY WERE GREAT!
