Tires Plus - Burnsville

Don't use Burnsville store, left my hood unmatched and then tries to deny it by saying they never had it open. Not sure how you check the oil and fluids unless you open the hood up. Damaged my rims with impact wrench and then denied it! Several years ago they backed my Camry into another car and didn't tell me about it!! Not very reputable, district manager not doing his job by looking after his stores. Their customer service never called my back. Don't use them !

I have been going to this store for over twenty years. Never have had a problem. They have done every possible repair for me. They even replaced a transmission with a used one. I'm driving a 1993 GEO Prism. They have kept it running. Not to say that i haven't paid the price. But, just like any major chain, They wont do just enough to get you by. You know, maybe new break pads alone will get you by for another 6000 miles. But there going to tell you that you need to replace a lot more, that will get you to another 20000 miles. And that you have to replace all this because of the warranty. So, anyway, oil changes, tune ups, tires, all the basic issues, there great. But for a major repair, get a second opinion. I had a car once that needed power steering work and this store wanted like almost a grand, Goodyear fixed it for 300!

That was the first time I had gone to them for service. It is not the first time I went there for tires. The reason I had them go ahead with the service on my car was because they were already doing my tires. My impression of the people there and the service they gave me was excellent. I think they are honest, and as far as I know, their prices are average or lower. They tell you what they find and ask if you want to go ahead with it. They do not just fix it. So, it was great.

Tires Plus - Burnsville are pretty good. Their prices are very comparable.
