All work went smoothly and on time. Cory and his crew were extremely polite, efficient, perfectionists and cleaned up beautifully each day. I had no problem trusting him with a house key to continue work while we were out of town, and was not disappointed. Cory is easy to get in touch with for any questions, etc. We're VERY happy with the work that was done and will definitely use him in the future (I've already had preliminary talks with him about two more upcoming projects). I would highly recommend Thyr Contruction!

Very professional, returned calls on time, answered all my questions, was very willing to work with me as I changed a few things as trhe work was in progress. Showed up at the time he said he would, cleaned up after themselves. I had the choice to buy the materials myselfm which I wanted to do. Did very professional work. The results look great! I am very happy with this companies work.

I can not say enough good things about this company! We were the general contractors on this project, but if I knew Cory then like I know him now, I would have gladly handed over the general contracting to him. He is extremely trustworthy and more conscientious than any other providers that we hired. So much so that on one day he even rearranged the order of what they were going to do so that my sick daughter could get a nap. Cory was great about talking about time-lines. He brought problems up as soon as he knew about them to discuss options. If I ever had to do a project like this again I would call Cory, explain my project and have great confidence that he would take care of everything without having to be as involved as I was. Another excellent thing about Cory is he always answers his phone. If I ever went to voice-mail it was because he was physically in the middle of something and couldn't answer, otherwise he always answered.
