The Grounds Crew

I've used the Grounds Crew for a variety of different products and have always received great service! The pricing has been competitive for the work done and I've always been happy with the result. I know a number of other families who use their service and would say the same thing. Options to schedule online and pay via CC which is a big plus. Highly recommend!

Lacking communication. Signed up for Fall cleanup with a $300 budget communicated. "Our guys are really efficient" is what we were told and that shouldn't be a problem. Fall cleanup never occurred due to "weather", Our neighbors had cleanups despite so called weather. Spring comes, never confirmed if they were still coming. They finally came and cleaned up. In doing so they tore up parts of the yard and rutted it out with their machines. Communicated this to them with photos and offered no resolution. During this time they also felt it necessary to charge us $513.40 for cleanup!! Avoid at all costs.

I have to call them several times to get them to take care of the business.  I wasn't real pleased.  They torn my yard quite a bit and when I asked them to repair it in the spring it was a constant battle.  The ran into my gas meter hosing and broke that.  I think they went too fast and it was a little help hazard.  I used them just last winter.

I looked at all the reviews, and they had excellent reviews.  Their price seemed high to me as I wasn?t familiar with how expensive that is to do.  Snow removal was the one thing that I needed done right away, and they were very responsive.  They got out the same day and did it.  They talked to me about it, and they billed me online.  They handled things very professionally.  The only thing negative thing that happened is that when they cleaned there was water leakage into the house under the ceiling.  It has to be repainted.  I don?t think it is their fault because that is the way it is in Minnesota.  I can?t blame them for that.
