Sundberg's Auto has been the go-to auto service spot for my family for over a decade. I have always experienced quality service. The owner and staff are honest, respectful, understanding, and helpful. The facilities are clean and the service extremely professional. They do their best to keep the prices as low as possible. While a bit more expensive than perhaps buying the tires online, Sundberg's was great in helping me with my questions, giving me their recommendations and providing very personal care to my car. I am going to make them my routine auto shop.

My husband was alive then and he handled all of that. He was very happy with them. I continued to go, being a single woman, you always run the risk of getting taken, but I never feel that way when I go there.

They were very patient with me. I know zilch about cars, and being a woman I am very stressed about being taken for an expensive ride. I spent a lot of time on the phone with them, they worked hard to make sure that I understood what my options were and that we were on the same page. Bless them, I was asking for a tune up, when I meant an oil change! They offered alternatives for the muffler that were less expensive. I will go back again! It's so nice to know I can trust them! Thank you all at Sundberg for being an honest, reputable business.

Not only were they able to get us in quickly, but they were very professional and friendly. They inspected the car and gave us a very detailed, honest estimate of potential issues with the car. They did not pressure us to do any repairs but instead told us what we could wait on if we wanted to and what to watch for as warning signs. We are excited to have found a mechanic we feel we can trust again.

This was my first encounter with Sundberg Auto. I am going back to Sundberg to have the driver side front and rear wheel bearing assembles replaced. I am very pleased with their professionalism and courtesy. Recognize me when I walk in the door for an appointment or need to ask a question.
