As always, incredibly professional and done right! I had not remodeled prior to this and didn't know what was behind the bathroom wall. They found a big old dinosaur pipe and took care of it. This team is full of professionals and I now have a beautiful double sink vanity! They simply take care of things and "make it so."

Street Plumbing was the most professional and quality plumbing service I have dealt with over the last decade. I had a faucet and a water heater break within the same month and they were a fraction of the cost of the competition. They did not cut any corners, and went above and beyond any plumber I have dealt with in the past. Larger contractors asked for 10,000 dollars plus on my tankless install, and they were far more competitive in terms of pricing. My new Bosch tankless unit looks phenomenal, and they even improved my current pipping layout. My new faucet was the exact same story. Look no further than Street Plumbing!

Fine, we had to get into the wall and it was a bigger job then we felt handling on our own since the entire valve had failed. Austin was very easy to work with and accomodating and his prices were very fair. Polite with Clean appearance and vehicle which is important since I am a rental property owner and the vendors I use may have t interface with the property residents, I want them to take good care of my residents and get the repair down quickly and competently.

Assessed the situation over the phone. Provided a labor cost estimate, along with a recommendation on where to go to pick out new faucet. Austin was very polite and professional. He completed the work quickly and honored his verbal cost estimate. He was running late and communicated this which was appreciated. As I wasn’t sitting around waiting and wondering if he was going to show up.

In an original consultation over the phone, he indicated he thought it was a leak in the shower valve. When he arrived it turned out to be the space between the hardware and the wall. I agreed we should replace the hardware. I walked away for a brief time and came back to discover he had also replaced the pipes behind the tub. There was never any agreement to replace this or the shower valve since they’re weren’t leaking. They also ignored the fact that I had a shower head and hose and were already replacing mine with a single shower head (no hose) that he had. In addition, they took my towels (nowhere near the tub) and my pjs on the back of the bathroom door and just threw them on the floor across from the bathroom. The job was well done, but they had a complete lack of consideration for their customer and a definite lack of communication.

"I am very sorry about the miscommunication we had. I should have explained in greater detail to you that we can’t change out the Moen hardware with the pfister hardware you purchased. And since we only carry Delta on stock we had to change the shower valve in order to give you new hardware. I thought we discussed the issues with the poor quality in the plastic fittings on the pipes supplying your shower valve but I must of not explained it well enough. That is why I replaced the small section of pipe with new grade A Uponor Pex. As for your shower head I should of asked ahead of time if you wanted to keep your current shower head with a hand sprayer. Which we only took apart in order to put in a new shower head arm and escussion. Also we moved your pjs and towels out of the bathroom because we had a cut a bigger hole in your tile to fit the new shower valve. This can cause some dust which we did not want to get on your pjs or towels. I am very sorry if we forgot to put them back where they were. Please let me know if there is anything I can explain better or if there’s anything I can do to improve your experience with Street Plumbing. Sincerely Austin 612-419-9926."

I had some convoluted plumbing under the kitchen sink from some previous work that had been done. It had developed a slow leak so I called Austen for a fix. He stopped by to look at it and gave us some options, then schedule an appointment for a few days later. Everything went smoothly and the problem is solved. Excellent quality of work.

I needed to update a couple of items in our home for my older husband. Austin did it all at a great price. He told me exactly what I needed to get, he showed up ON TIME and is generally the nicest young man I've met in a very long time. He replaced faucets, shower heads and replaced toilet seats with bidet seats. He is returning soon to replace a water heater. You will NOT be disappointed you called this young man.

Austin was exceptional in his response time when my water heater busted at night. His job was thorough, he was up front about my options and the costs and came in under budget.
