Well you. Despite a power outage in the store, we saw a huge array of possible fixtures and found a fine one at a reasonable price. The store recommended a good installer who charged a modest price.

Nice showroom, competitive pricing but terrible customer service. I visited the showroom twice and both times was not greeted or offered assistance. Had to seek out a salesperson and when I described what I was looking for I was basically told to go look around . When I had questions I had to go seek out a salesperson.They were either talking to each other or behind the desk doing paperwork or whatever. they did not seem I interested in helping me at all. I had purchased a discount voucher for this business, so I had to purchase there. If I didn't have the voucher, I would have left without purchasing anything due to the terrible customer service. . Ultimately, I did find something I wanted and purchased. However, I did not even receive a thank your from the salesperson. I would not return here.

Great. Choosing lighting for an entire home can be extremely stressful. There are a lot of choices to be made. Deb was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about lighting especially within a specified space. She seemed to really care about our satisfaction.

When I walked into Southern Lights I saw just the dining chandelier I wanted. The finish was just the right color for my kitchen palate. I was approached my a Southern Lights employee who began to work with me finding the matching pieces. I needed the lights now and so the salesman only looked for in stock lighting. We found lights for above the sink and the main kitchen area but the display chandelier was the only one they had. I could not wait to order the light so the salesman sold me the floor sample, packed it up, and delivered it to my car. The lights are up and they look great. Southern Lights has a great selection of lights, and good customer services as well. The quality of the lights were better than those from Big Box stores and were similarly priced.

SOUTHERN LIGHTS HAS AN EXCELLENT SELECTION OF LIGHTS TO CHOOSE FROM. I DESCRIBED OUR LIGHTS TO THE SALESPERSON AND THEY WERE ABLE TO FIND THE COMPANY WHO MAKES OUR LIGHT AND GIVE ME A OF COUPLE OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM. THEY GAVE ME THE PART NUMBERS, AND AFTER WE CHOSE THE LIGHT WE WANTED, I WAS ABLE TO JUST CALL THE ORDER IN VIA THE PHONE AND SAVE ME THE TIME OF DRIVING DOWN TO BURNSVILLE.

I WORKED WITH DEB NYGAARD WHILE PICKING OUT MY LIGHTING. SHE WAS FABULOUS TO WORK WITH BECAUSE SHE OFFERED IDEAS AND WAS VERY HELPFUL IN THE WHOLE PROCESS. I WOULD USE HER AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
