We visited the shop in Burnsville to check out the doors (which are made right there) - meet the owner (John Scott), and place our order. The doors are beautiful, hand crafted, and reasonably priced (plywood backed and insulated). We ordered the doors June 13; they were supposed to be completed on Sept 15; The last door was installed on November 4. There was a delay because of an error in materials delivered to Sections, and a second delay due to a wiring problem with a piece of their equipment. The company kept in touch with us and was very apologetic about the delays. We were getting concerned that we wouldn't have enough time to stain the doors once they were delivered, since it was getting so late in the season. Jim Fisher at Sections offered to stain the doors at no charge to us to make up for the delay. The installers did a great job; the doors look very nice, and operate well too. We would use them again, despite the delays - nice quality product & good customer service.
