I happened to stop by at a busy time, but the worker still greeted me politely as she helped the people who were there before me. When it was my turn, she quickly repaired my glasses and thoroughly cleaned the lenses. She was friendly, efficient, and helpful, without being pushy. In other words, a perfect representative for the company.

The optician I worked with was wonderful. She double-checked to ensure I got all applicable discounts, explained options, and made sure I was happy with the fit of my glasses. With a sale going on, the prices are as good as at any of the discount places. The only potential issue is that Sears often seems to have only one optician on duty, which means you might have to wait.
