He came out and said he was going to put in foam between the top of the basement and the floor up above. After he did this, it seemed to not make any difference. After this the room actually was getting colder than it was before he came out, it was around 40 degrees every morning and night.
I had him to come back out in the spring to look into another issue. Raccoons got into my garage and ate through some square panels into there. He come out and did a terrible job making tin inserts to cover up the damage and hold it to the door. It ended up not being enough and the raccoon were able to move it right up to get back in. He never ended up completing the job because he was suppose to also place some rubber on the bottom of the door which was damaged also. This caused some mice then to come into the garage where they created a nest in my engine because it ended up me having to inquire with roadside assistance because it caused some damaged.
There were a few small repairs that he did do a good job with. He fixed a brace on the over hang on the back door and also some tongue and groove repair on a kitchen drawer.
