furniture sales
+ -1 moreThe furniture we received was not the same as in the showroom. My wife could not sit and reach the floor. Her feet were 6 inches from the floor, Her feet were flat on the floor on the chair in the showroom, The other chair was broken (electric recliner). They charged a 20% restocking charge and another delivery charge ($99.00) for picking them up. It did state in the fine print of the purchase order there was a 20% charge, but we were told it was 15%. There was no compromise, even though the chairs were different and defective. Will never shop there again.
