At first they were very friendly and helpful. We had a rep out to measure and discuss the projects we had in mind. We asked them if it was something they would be interested in tackling and they said "yes." We were given a 2 week window for the estimate and we haven't heard a thing in over a month. We gave you the chance to respectfully back out and you decided to ignore us instead. All we ask is for professionalism and follow-ups. If you do not want the project, is should be in your best interest to say so and to not disappear from communication thus disrespecting your potential customers.

Was extremely slow to complete job. Left significant portions of the job not finished. When roof recreated built incorrectly causing damage to the interior of our house on 2 different levels. Would not give itemized receipts for increased costs. Addition to house not alligned correctly leaving deformity of floor. Hired subcontractors that were untrustworthy, and completely un-professional. Have had to spend thousands of dollars to repair roof, heating and complete other portions of the house done incorrectly. On website used our house as an example of his great work but used other peoples comments with pictures from our house. By far the worst contractor we have ever used. Please save yourself the heartache and use someone else.
