First, Scott picked me up at the airport, then took me to the house I was interested in where I met with the inspector and several contractors.  We were there all day long, and Scott was very patient with me, even going on food runs.  After deciding to buy the house, Scott made the purchase process go very smoothly.  He's extremely knowlegeable about all aspects of real estate -- buying, renting, and selling.  I was so impressed, I hired him to be my property manager for the now completed duplex!
