By the time April rolled around, I had yet to receive a bill from Wells Fargo, the bank that handles the financing program for Push, Pedal & Pull, even though I received their credit card. I do watch my credit pretty closely, so I was getting concerned that I had not yet been billed. So I contacted the corporate offices for assistance.
They got me the name of the store manager. I e-mailed him with my question about when my billing would begin. I believe I also left a voice mail for him as well. It took over a week for the store manager to get back to me, but he finally did. Within a week or so, the billing began, so I could begin paying off my purchase.
At the time I was in the store, the sales person was having trouble submitting the credit request; I don't recall now if their system was down, or exactly what the issue was, but everything has been taken care of.
The sales experience was great, they delivered my elliptical and set it up exactly where I wanted it, and they eventually resolved the billing issue. So all is well.
