PROCOLOR PAINTING

I was referred to Procolor Painting by a neighbor who was pleased with the company. I called and was pleased that the voice mail box wasn't full as I had experienced with other companies I wanted to get an estimate from. My first voice mail was returned in a timely manner with arrangements made for his coming out for estimate. More than two weeks later I left another voice mail asking for the estimate. He had forgotten us but came that day giving an instant cost of the project and that it would be completed about two weeks from then while we would be traveling (he did not require a down payment), I left a voice mail before we left asking if he needed anything from us, no response. We came home two weeks later to see that painting had not been done. Again, I left another voicemail stating I was aware of rain that may have set him back and asked that my call be returned so I would know if he still had us on his schedule or should I be looking for another painter? I am still waiting to hear from him. If there are extenuating circumstances as to why I haven't heard from him I think the voice mail box would be full. I was hoping to support a small independent local business but lack of communication shows a lack of professionalism so I will now leave another voice mail canceling the project and will have to find someone more reliable. So frustrated and disappointed!
