It took him a lot of work. He had to order parts. They didn't have them. They sent some parts and they were wrong. It took us about three months to do it. He was very persistent and got it done. He gave me a real good price. I was very happy. It is a triple window and it was very big. He had to take it down and he was here a lot. He came to the house and gave a free estimate. He didn't even charge me for coming to the house for the first estimate. He was honest, worked hard and was reasonable. His work was just great. He didn't do any damage and everything was fine. His responsiveness was very good. His punctuality was fine. Keith Hagfors is the owner. He seemed very trust worthy and that makes you feel better.
