Excellent!! Dan took two medium bedrooms and a small bathroom and transformed them into a master bedroom, walk in closet, and large master bath. Huge walk in shower with subway glass tile. The job took longer than planned, but it was worth the wait. We love it!!! He was very meticulous in every aspect. He went above and beyond! I would rather have it done right at a slower pace than just ok or rushed to make a deadline. We will definitely have hime back to work on our next project!

Wonderful!! Went above and beyond. Easy to work with and very trustworthy. No shortcuts or sloppy work. Reasonably priced as well. Already have him scheduled to work on another project!! I will recommend him to family and friends.

Dan was wonderful, very professional and knowledgeable. We had multiple bids. The estimates were comparable, but Dan's estimate had more detail and gave us a better sense that he understood our expectations. They finished on time and within the original budget. We had hired our own electrician and Dan coordinated with their schedule, making things easy. We relied heavily on Dan's vast knowledge. He gave us things to look out for, helped us make design discussions like light placement and ceiling design around vents. He made suggestions about getting network jacks in place and doing other details items that helped us plan for the future space, suggestions we did not think about ahead of time. When our design changed mid project, he worked with us to juggle the work so we stayed within our initial estimate. When we start our next project, Dan will be the first person we call.

Service provider was very personable and knowledgeable. The work performed took about 20 minutes and I was charged $100.
We needed a new drawer runner to fix an additional kitchen drawer & the service provider nor I could locate the replacement runner that was needed. I felt the follow through on the part of the service provider could have been better....offer solutions and push to get the job finished. I am still disappointed that I spent $100 for 20 minutes of work. Even though I was extremely happy witht he work, I felt taken advantage of on the pricing and lack of follow through on the additional repair I needed to have completed.
The service provider was extremely professional and friendly. The work was very good. I wish the pricing had been fair and the follow through better.

Dan and his son worked great together.  They were punctual and quick.  They finished all these odd jobs in one day.  They even worked outside through some rain.  They did a great job of cleaning up as well.  Reasonable prices.  We are in the process of moving and they knew we wanted these projects done before we listed our home.  These are hard working honest men and I will definitely be hiring them in the future, perhaps finishing the basement once we move.  :-)

The level of quality work we received was outstanding.  He did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier.  Whatever your next home project is (big or small) I would look into hiring Dan and his company.  We highly recommend them.

Dan was great to work with, once he started he was on site until the task was finished.  We started with him in 2006 and have used him ever since for all of our home projects.  He was very good at working with us to save $$ where he thought we could to keep the remodeling to a minimum including having us go and pick out and buy the materials we wanted.  This way, I was able to select lighting, sinks, toilets, etc. in person and not a picture.  Would definitely recommend him as he can do everything and do it well!

Dan was referred to us by a homeowner. We talked with several contractors and received several proposals and, ultimately, we chose Dan as he came highly-recommended, was licensed, insured, bonded, agreed to do the decks over a three year time period, and his pricing was very fair. At our request, he juggled around a few jobs to begin our decks in a specifically-requested month and, when we learned we could not begin our project that month, he again juggled around jobs to accommodate us and begin at a later date. He stopped by several times to speak with me about progress, issues, homeowner concerns, etc. The first third were done on time and they look amazing. As for the shutters, they have often blown off in strong winds so Dan personally went out to look for shutters that he could secure to our buildings in such a way that they would stay put. From a service standpoint, we couldn't have asked for more and I intend to use Dan for any personal future projects I might have.

They were courteous and had great follow through. I didn't end up using them, but I really appreciated that they called me back and had great follow through.

PRICING IS COMPETITIVE, RESPONSIVE AND VERY GOOD AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE DOES ALL SORTS OF THINGS AROUND THE HOME. HE SHOWS UP ON TIME AND FOLLOWS THROUGH.
